You might wonder what crap is this. No my dear friends, this isn’t any crap. It’s called The Win-Win Situation Technique. Appreciate your rival genuinely and surely, she or he shall melt. Sincerely agree on her or his good points carving a way to portray yours. First give her or him a fair chance to prove their point. Agree on the good ones and then shower your views delicately, gradually earning your opponent’s confidence. You are sure to stand victorious letting your rival win as well!
